- $20-$149.99: $10 shipping
- >$150: Free shipping
Express Shipping:
- $20 flat fee
Bulky Items:
- $30 flat fee
Local Delivery within 20km:
- FREE
Do you price match?
Yes we sure do price match product sold by us with some conditions:
- Must be the same product e.g. same size
- Must include all fees including delivery
- Must be Australian store
- Must be in stock and not a clearance item or on sale
How do I place an order?
There are two main ways to place an order:
- Contacting us via email or social media with order details
- Placing an order through this online store
What payment methods do you accept?
Amex, Visa, Mastercard, Union Pay, Apple Pay, Shop Pay, Google Pay, Paypal, Afterpay, Zip Pay and Klarna
Who do you ship your orders through?
We use Australia Post to ship all our orders domestically or internationally. They are super reliable so you don't need to worry about losing your order!
How long will it take to get my order?
It depends on which option you select. Since we use Australia Post, if you chose Standard Shipping, its about 5-7 days. If you chose Express
Shipping, its about 3-4 days.
This doesn't include our 2 day handling time on all order, or if an item is on back order/pre-order. If this is the case, then we will contact you.

Can I track my order?
Of course! Once you place an order, you'll soon receive an email
containing your tracking code to see where your precious cargo is!

What happens if I receive a damaged/defective product?
If the item you have received is defective or damaged in whatever way no matter how small, please contact us so we can help fix the issue!

Do you take returns or exchanges?
Yes! You can return anything within 30 days as long as it is not safety equipment, clearance items or an item which we do not sell.

Can I redeem my gift voucher at your VEND Annerley location?
Unfortunately, you cannot redeem gift vouchers at our VEND Annerley location.
Since VEND Annerley is a marketplace that manages a range of businesses, we do not staff our own storefront there. We rent the space, which means we do not handle transactions directly at this location. For a seamless experience, we recommend redeeming your gift vouchers through our online store.
Are online sales or discounts applicable at your VEND Annerley location?
No, online sales or discounts are not applicable at our VEND Annerley location.
Our VEND Annerley location operates independently from our online store. Due to the unique setup of the VEND marketplace, where we rent space and VEND staff manage transactions, we cannot extend online sales or discounts to this location. For any promotions, sales, or discounts, please make your purchases directly through our online store.
